I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the team at Little Critters. They’re super knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and just really great at what they do.
Our dog had been dealing with a non-healing wound for over six months. We’d seen so many vets around Ipswich and Brisbane with no real answers, they just wrapped his foot and sent us on our way. One vet said it may never heal but its probably fine. I did not agree with this, and finally came to Little Critters just a week ago (for second opinion #7).
That same day Mel figured out it was cancer, did a biopsy, and we got the results back within a few days which confirmed her guess. They also managed to get him booked in for surgery the following week.
I was then in a bit of a panic trying to get medication for our dog that he had just run out of but needed the day of the surgery. I organised this with our old vet the week before to pick it up, then when I arrived it wasn’t ready and they told us to come back later in the week. While I was stressing out, Chloe from Little Critters happened to call, and when I mentioned what was going on, she had it all sorted within 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe how quickly she acted. It was amazing service and such a relief.
He’s had his surgery and is doing really well. It’s upsetting to think how long his cancer went undiagnosed, but I’m beyond grateful we found this clinic, and I truly believe they saved his life.

That is the best vet to go to. It’s been 9 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have 3 cats and over the years they’ve had the best vets in Mel and Anna. The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they are. The vets are always friendly and helpful. Always have a listening ear to any worries you may have about your pet. And always have an answer to help your pet. My cats are my babies and I feel secured knowing they are always in good hands when I need vet’s advise and help. Thank you little critters. You are the best in town.
Fantastic, we took our cat Maggie, they were very caring and one of the best vet visits we experienced. The extra care when they rang the next day to see how she was doing with the prescribed medication was really appreciated.
