Dr Stephanie graduated from the University of Queensland in 2011 with second class honours, she has lived and worked in South East Queensland within a variety of shelters, corporate and privately owned clinics, most recently as a locum or relief vet.

She loves meeting new people and pets and enjoyed the varied work however she knew she had found. something special when she commenced working at Little Critters at the beginning of 2025.

She would have once said that her special interests included internal medicine and preventative health but, just as her job is so varied and challenging, she finds that her special interests constantly change depending on her patients and whatever her current academic hyperfocus is (breed-specific diseases right now).

The more she learns the more she is interested in.

Steph’s love of spots finally manifested in her very own Dalmatian who currently holds the title of the Best Dog In The World. with her heart also being open and waiting for a stray calico kitten to walk into her life.

At home Dr Steph enjoys reading, baking, and playing tabletopgames with her 3 small children.
